Those of us who live in big cities are always rushing from place to place, dealing with crowds,

worrying to get to the next place we are going to punctually. We are not aware of the wonderful

world surrounding us, the ordinary objects that when really observed become icons of the world

we inhabit. Slowing down and really observing the world we live exposes us to the incredible

beauty and complexity of the most mundane objects we pass unseeingly every day.
